Why should you stop eating sugar?  

If you have only one “yes” answer to these questions, you should.

  • Do you feel uncomfortable in your body?
  • Are you often depressed?
  • Do you always have a few kilograms to lose?
  • Are you overweight?
  • Do you have problems with your cardiovascular system?
  • Do you sweat a lot?
  • Do you often have a headache?
  • Do you have problems with your stomach?
  • Do you have arthritis?
  • Did/ Do you have cancer?
  • Do you have any kind of permanent inflammation in your body?
  • Do you have diabetes?

All these symptoms can end or ease if you stop eating sugar.

Do it! Give a chance for a better, healthier life! Your future is up to you!
