 GI is the key!

  1. Sport 70% + exercises 30% to the perfect shape!
  2. Back to bacis! Simple food, forget the too much refined products!
  3. You are what you eat!
  4. No diet! Change lifestyle!
  5. Spend time on you!
  6. Use a nutritional diary!
  7. More vegetables!
  8. No alcohol!
  9. You don’t need weight loss pills!
  10. Don’t do any kind of „ 6 weeks without sugar” programs ( these are a kind of diet).
  11. Instead: use lifelong your mind and the GI chart!
  12. Don’t snak! If you are hungry, eat , but if not, drink some water. Probably you are just thirsty.
